Learn Spanish in Alicante

A holiday in Alicante affords access to stunning beaches, as well as the opportunity to enjoy a great many sites relating to the history and culture of Spain. Add to this the likelihood of fabulous weather conditions and fitting everything in to your schedule may be one of your biggest problems. Sun, sea and sand are the principal reasons why a great many people will visit Alicante. Playa del Postiguet is the main beach in the heart of the resort, with clean, safe sands on which to have fun, while the smaller and quieter Playa del Coco is but a short walk away. San Juan Beach is a few miles out of the resort centre but is packed with activity options, including plentiful shops and bars. San Juan is also where Alicante Golf Club can be found, likely to be of interest to those with non-beach related sports in mind. There are many cultural sights to see in Alicante but few will want to miss climbing to the Castle of Santa Barbara and enjoying stunning views of the city, or visiting St Mary’s Church, built over three centuries on the site of a former Moorish mosque and one of Alicante’s most popular visitor attractions.
