San Juan is also where Alicante Golf Club can be found, likely to be of interest to those with non-beach related sports in mind.There are many cultural sights to see in Alicante but few will want to miss climbing to the Castle of Santa Barbara and enjoying stunning views of the city, or visiting St Mary’s Church, built over three centuries on the site of a former Moorish mosque and one of Alicante’s most popular visitor attractions.
